The following ingredients are among those used in our Macrobiotic dishes: wheatfree tamari, sea salt, umeboshi plum/vinegar/paste, kuzu, agar agar, ginger, toasted sesame oil/seeds/paste, tekka, sea vegetables, whole grains, beans, tofu, tempeh, seitan, miso and mirin. Many dishes are prepared low in fat (or can be made that way for you). HGTG will note when oils, nuts or seeds are added to a dish.
